Our 7 year old son started the basic program in November 2017 and loves it. The program has increased his strength, flexibility, and focus.

We love this school. It has made such a difference in our son. He has matured greatly, both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a place that focuses on the development of the entire person.

Since joining this program, my son has gained so much confidence. This is an activity he loves to do. The academy is extremely family friendly and builds future leaders. I love that the academy teaches fundamental values to include giving back to the community.

Wanted to wait to post a review. So it has been around 4 months since my family started Built By Martial Arts. We love it. They have a great staff and great members. Great family atmosphere. Good place to meet new friends and have them push you in a good direction. Why sit on the couch when you could be doing this with your kids?

My eldest son (13) has been going to BBMA in Evans for 2 years now. He is now part of their legacy program where they are teaching him leadership and coaching. He loves it and has become a much stronger, confident person because of the program. Now my youngest son (6) has joined and we've seen so much improvement with his coordination, listening, and discipline which has helped at school and home. The Prazer's treat everyone who joins like family and truly care about their students. All the instructors are great role models and I know my sons look up to them, especially Mr. Thomas who is very patient and kind but also stern when needed.

This is an extremely honest place. I'm a WTF (Kukkiwon) style 1st Dan and here at Fort Gordon for three months for a school (I'm Army Reserve). I was looking to continue my training, and while he COULD have taken my money, the master sat me down and we talked about it.....and mutually came up with the decision that it was better for me to look elsewhere because of the differences in the GTMA style and WTF style. Plus, I would not be starting as a black belt with them.. for a temporary time it just didn't make sense...and instead of making a quick buck, he pointed me to a couple of other schools. I say if you're starting from scratch, and the location's convenient for you, check this guy out. He won't steer you wrong.

This is by far still the best place to for a solid foundation in Martial Arts, Discipline, and overall professional development in the area. Being in the Military, we have since moved on, but the principles instilled in my child is lifelong and applies to his development until now. Military families moving into Fort Gordon, you should definitely consider this place, if you are wondering what activities you child can get involved in.

Fantastic staff who care about helping your child grow to be their best self. They train them to be great martial artists and even better people.

If you are in the market for martial arts look no further. Senior Master and Mrs. Prazer are absolutely amazing at what they do. Not only is the instruction excellent, their genuine concern & support of the families involved is 2nd to none. I highly recommend Built by Martial Arts. Prazers' ATA is a wonderful school. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, and the students not only learn self defense, but respect, self control, and maturity also!
